This is a combined for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

• (ii) The solicitation number is PAN and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The U.S. Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price Call Order against existing BPAs (or open market) from this RFQ.
• (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul.

Key Compliance Requirement: NDAA / Covered Telecommunications In accordance with Section 889 of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) and FAR, the Thermal Vision Cameras—cannot include "Covered" telecommunications equipment or services (i.e., components produced by Huawei, ZTE, Hytera, Hikvision, Dahua, or their affiliates/subsidiaries). Offers containing covered Chinese components will be rejected. 4.
