Contracting Officer Eric LaGasse at [email protected] with a courtesy copy to the Contract Specialist, Dorothy Elder-Sanders at [email protected]. RSMeans Facilities Maintenance and Repair (FMR) data is required for the NexGen IT program to do the cost estimations for the TRIRIGA application. The data needs to work with the TRIRIGA software to calculate the construction professionals use to create budgets, estimate projects, validate cost data and plan for ongoing facilities maintenance such as maintenance and repair, preventive maintenance, general maintenance and complete details about the cost and repair frequencies of thousands of work items. NOTE: This is 'DATA' only, not executable software. Eric LaGasse Alternative
