This solicitation is in accordance with RFO 12.201 and constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested. The Minnesota National Guard has a requirement to purchase two electric 5K Forklifts with further details of the requirement being provided in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Delivery is FOB Destination to Camp Ripley Training Center (CRTC) in Little Falls, MN. This requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. AWARD SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS (Short of Award): The Government anticipates awarding a contract from this solicitation; however, award is contingent upon the availability of fiscal year 2026 funds. This solicitation is being issued "short of award" as funds are not presently available but are highly anticipated by September 30, 2026. The Government is under no obligation to make an award if funds do not become available.
