AM#0002, PUBLISHED 23JUL26/PROPOSAL RECEIPT DATE IS HEREBY CHANGED TO AUGUST 18, 2026, AT 2:00PM, CT The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has been tasked with soliciting and awarding the Design-Bid-Build contract for the Basic Military Training, Dining and Classroom Facility #4. The Construction project consists of a multi-story facility with a drilled pier foundation, concrete floor slabs, structural steel framing, masonry walls, a standing seam metal roof system, and an elevator. The facility will include a kitchen, dining areas, and multiple classrooms for the residents of two Airmen Training Complexes. The project will also include all site improvements, utilities, pavements, communications systems, and other necessary work to provide a complete and fully operational facility. Environmental remediation and site preparation activities will be performed as required, including asbestos removal, and any additional work needed to mitigate potential hazard. Facility will be designed as permanent construction in accordance with Department of Defense Unified Facilities Criteria 1-200-01, General Building
