Description
The purpose of this amendment is to provide an attachment that addresses and resolves
questions received from contractors. Please note that inquiries requesting sensitive information or specific information about other
requirements will not be addressed. This is a combined for the rental of a quantity of one (1) 8-Station Shower Trailer. The Contractor shall deliver one (1) 8-Station Shower Trailer with a door or wall separation, leaving four (4) showers on each side. The trailer must allow for clear designation of separate male and female shower areas. The Contractor shall deliver the trailer to the designated area with all related showers and electrical components in good working order. Repairs will be performed as necessary to ensure the trailer is placed reliably and effectively back into service. The contractor shall clean the trailer two (2) times weekly and service/pump wastewater twice (2) weekly. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, transportation, and equipment for the rental of an 8-Station Shower Trailer. The Contractor shall deliver the trailer to the designated area with all related showers and electrical components in good working order. Repairs will be performed as necessary to ensure the trailer is placed reliably and effectively back into service. The contractor shall clean the trailer two (2) times weekly and service/pump wastewater twice (2) weekly. Please see attached STATEMENT OF WORK for full requirement details.
