Work Consists Of, But Is Not Limited To, Furnishing All Plant, Labor, Material, And Equipment Necessary for Island Unloading and/or Dredging with a Backhoe, Dragline, Or Other Mechanical Equipment or Marine Plant, And Transportation of Material to Designated USACE Placement Sites. This Solicitation Issued as An Invitation for Bids (IFB) In Accordance with Far Part 14 and Is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The Appropriate North American Industry System Code for This Construction Requirement Is 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a Size Standard of $45 Million. The Solicitation will Result in an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)
