In accordance with FAR 7.107-3(b), the purpose of this notice is to announce an approved consolidation of Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) task orders HR001118D0007/HR001121F0031, HR001118D0006/HR001121F0024, and HR001118D0001/HR001121F0036. The follow-on

requirements will be consolidated and awarded as one (1) task order under the General Services Administration (GSA) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus, (OASIS+) contract vehicle in 2026. The Government has not yet issued a solicitation for the Biological Technologies Office (BTO) Scientific, Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Support Services. The Government plans to issue the solicitation in March or April 2026. GSA OASIS+ IDIQ holders will be notified via GSA eBuy for further information regarding their fair opportunity to propose to this requirement in accordance with the GSA OASIS+ ordering procedures and FAR 16.507-2.
