JOMI Surgical Video Journal Subscription FBO Notice: 36C77626Q0082_1 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), VA Library Network (VALNET) requires an enterprise-wide digital subscription to the Journal of Medical Insight, a surgical video journal that produces surgical procedural video content for clinical staff working in the surgical arena. The requirement will enable users to access the digital online streaming library containing videos and amplifying content that focuses on the most up to date topics, procedures and techniques in surgery. The surgical video journal includes hundreds of surgical procedures across multiple surgical specialties including general surgery, orthopedics, oral and maxillofacial surgery, and ENT (otolaryngology). Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) intends to solicit and negotiate a five-year contract with JOMI LLC. to provide digital subscription services to VALNET. These subscriptions include sources such as electronic textbooks and online full text journals. The procurement is being conducted in accordance with the authority of Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency

requirements. The NAICS code for this procurement is 519290 and the Small Business Administration Size Standard is 1,000 Employees. This notice of intent to is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available, and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the

requirements may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time indicated in this notice. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
