The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, parts and materials to renovate and modify an existing female restroom (one toilet & one lavatory) and add a single shower enclosure. See attached Statement of Work. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 236220 and size standard of $45M. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. See 52.212-2 for

evaluation criteria. All quotes must be submitted by NOON Eastern Time on APR 02, 2026 via email to [email protected]. Ensure blocks 14 (Include UEI) through 20c of the SF 1442 and

pricing are completed before emailing.

Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist at the email address listed above, no later than NOON MAR 26, 2026. An amendment may be posted to clear up any ambiguities and answer all
