Description

The Technology Application Program Office (TAPO) is conducting market research to identify potential vendors capable of providing this requirement.

This is a Sources Sought Notice issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 and Department of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Procedures, Guidance, and Information (DFARS PGI) (Deviation 2026-O0017) 206.103-170(d) and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), nor does it obligate the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this request, so quotes will not be considered. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow-up information requests. Response is strictly voluntary; it is not mandatory to submit a response to this notice to participate in any formal RFP process that may take place in the future. However, it should be noted that information gathered through this notice may significantly influence the Government’s acquisition strategy. Contracting Office (TAKO) is interested in identifying potential vendors who have the necessary capabilities to provide supplies or services as defined in the following requirement. Requirement: Maintenance, management, and upgrades to an Avionics Bench System Integration Laboratory (Avionics Bench SIL) located inside the Lockheed Martin facility in Owego, NY along with engineering services to integrate Special Operations Forces-Unique subsystems into the MV-75 aircraft. The Government has previously obtained these services from Lockheed Martin Rotary and Missions Systems (RMS). Key Information: NAICS Code: 541330 – Engineering Services, Exception 1 Military and Aerospace Equipment and Military Weapons Small Business Size Standard: $47.0 Million in average annual receipts PSC: R425 CMMC: CMMC Level 2 Response Requested: Interested parties are invited to submit a statement of interest on sources letterhead demonstrating the source’s qualifications to perform the defined work. The Government does not have available for interested sources complete technical data packages suitable for competition or the data and software rights to the MV-75 Avionics Bench SIL. Responses shall not exceed 10 pages in length and must be complete and sufficiently detailed to address this specific information. The documentation shall address, at a minimum, the following: 1.
