Wallops Island Housing Roof Replacement

Contractor shall remove existing shingles and flashing and install new shingles and flashing at the Coast Guard owned housing duplex units 4, 5, and 6 located at USCG Family Housing, Wallops Island, VA 23303. See attached Statement of Work. It is anticipated that this procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 238160 Roofing Contractors and a small business size standard of $19.0 million. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. See FAR 52.212-1 for submission instructions & FAR 52.212-2 for
