This is a combined for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12639526Q0018 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the USDA, AMS, Cotton Program, which requires the removal of the existing bale press and the delivery and installation of a new full eject bale press and automated conveyor system with a scissor lift-tilt table to be delivered and installed at the Memphis Classing Office. The USDA also requests quotes for disassembling and removing the existing bale press at the Memphis Classing : Cotton and Tobacco Program Cotton Division, 3275 Appling Rd Memphis, TN 38133. Vendors may participate in a pre-quote conference, (virtual) on Friday, February 6, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. CST. To participate, Vendors must contact [email protected] prior to the conference to receive a link for the virtual conference. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Standard Code is 333111 The small business size standard is 1250 employees This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. NOTE: An optional site visit is available (re-scheduled) for Vendors on Monday, February 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. CT at the USDA, AMS, Cotton & Tobacco Program Memphis Cotton Classing Facility located at 3275 Appling Rd., Memphis, TN 38133. VENDORS MUST SEND AN E-MAIL TO GEREMY MOORE ([email protected]) TO RESERVE A SPOT AT THE SITE VISIT. Attendance to the site visit is not a mandatory prerequisite of submitting a quotation in response to this solicitation, though Vendors are encouraged to make an on-site, in-depth review of the facility, equipment, job
