THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION, REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ), OR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). The Government is conducting market research to identify qualified sources capable of providing Utility Task Vehicles (UTVs) in support of operations at Base Aeronaval Cristobal, Colón, Panama. The purpose of this notice is to identify capable sources, assess industry capability and availability, and obtain industry feedback regarding the anticipated requirement. This notice is issued solely for market research purposes and to provide industry with advance notice of a potential upcoming solicitation. A solicitation has not been issued at this time. A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached for industry review. Interested vendors are encouraged to review the draft PWS and provide comments, recommendations, and information regarding their capability to satisfy the anticipated requirement. Anticipated Requirement The Government anticipates a requirement for: Six (6) Utility Task Vehicles (UTVs). Two (2) of the six UTVs shall be equipped with extended cargo beds.
