It includes the ACCESS 3000/5000, RPR752 (750 and 950 series) Voice pager, Alpha Pager, and TTI Ovation Pager, and all components compatible to the Access 3000/5000 system in the buildings listed below. It is imperative this system is maintained and fully functional 24/7, 365 days of the year. Maintenance services include servicing, troubleshooting, repairing, replacement parts installation, and returning to operation all equipment and systems requiring service to provide continuous and reliable paging system communications to the VAMC s listed below. Contractor provided services shall also include continuous and reliable operation of all equipment and systems. PERFORMANCE LOCATIONS 1. West Haven VA Medical Center 950 Campbell Avenue West Haven, CT 06516 2. Newington VA Clinic 55 Willard Avenue Newington, CT 06111 3. Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial Veterans Hospital 200 Springs Road Bedford, MA 01730 The minimum
requirements are as follows: 1. The contractor shall ensure service technicians are certified and qualified to service and repair the current version of the ACCESS 3000/5000, RPR752 (750 and 950 series) Voice pager, Alpha Pager, and TTI Ovation Pager, and all connected components.  2. The contractor shall be an authorized Multitone distributor and service provider throughout the life of the contract. 4. The contractor shall ensure the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications on all items repaired and maintained. 5. The contractor shall respond and restore all equipment in accordance with the assigned priority tier response times. The contractor shall be required to provide a technician on-site within two (2) hours should a mission essential emergency call be placed in which resolution cannot be achieved via telephone. No Government furnished repair facility shall be provided  IMPORTANT NOTE: This RFI (Request for Information) is for information only; no award will be made from this RFI.
