The project involves the replacement of the roof at the San Luis Obispo (SBP) Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT). scope of work includes but not limited to: • Remove and dispose of existing roofing system from the SBP ATCT cab roof. • Provide and install roof hatch guardrail kit with self closing gate, galvanized finish. to meet code compliance. • Remove and replace all roof drains. • Remove and replace roof hatch • Remove and relocate grounding counterpoise from roof to parapet wall. • Remove debris and trash generated from work and dispose of the debris per local and state
