The Government contemplates award of a Multiple Award IDIQ contract resulting from this solicitation. Offerors are required to submit proposals in accordance with the instructions outlined in Section L of the RFP. Electronic Proposal Submission. (See RFP Section L1.3.2) Symphony Procurement Suite is a software application the Government intends to use for proposal submission and proposal evaluation. The Government reserves the right to change systems related to the solicitation, evaluation, and award of the SOFGSD contracts at any time during the solicitation process.
