Description

This is a combined for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W911S8-26-R-A010 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) for full-service automatic door maintenance and repair services. The services will be performed at various facilities across JBLM, including JBLM-Lewis Main, JBLM-Lewis North, and JBLM-McChord Field. This acquisition is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation to perform comprehensive maintenance and repair on all types of automatic doors. This includes, but is not limited to, sliding, swinging, and revolving doors located in administrative, training, medical, childcare, recreational, warehouse, billeting, and range facilities. Core services include: Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regularly scheduled inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments to ensure doors are fully operational and compliant with safety standards.
