The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate Site Visit

Questions and Answers (Q&As) into the solicitation for the Hazardous Waste Disposal requirement at the Sandy Hook and Milford facilities. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation by completing Items 8 and 15, and returning one (1) signed copy of the amendment. Attachment B (CLIN 0002 - JJ Howard Laboratory): Replaced in its entirety with pictures for reference. 2. INCORPORATION OF SITE VISIT SCHEDULE AND PROTOCOLS In accordance with FAR 52.237-1 (Site Visit), prospective vendors are highly encouraged to physically inspect the central accumulation yards and storage sheds to verify waste counts and logistics dimensions before final quote submission. Site visits may be conducted under the following parameters: Window of Availability: From July 6 through July 13, 2026 Daily Permitted Hours: Between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. Coordination Requirement: Site entry must be scheduled a minimum of 24 hours in advance directly with the assigned technical site personnel listed below. No unannounced walk-ins will be permitted entry past security barriers.
