Description

This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide range maintenance and lead/residue remediation by conducting a full material exchange for Panzer Range Complex – Range 7, which incorporate the use of granulated rubber (commonly known as Gran Tex®) backstop material or rubber blocks at target emplacements enhancing the operational safety of this range while reducing the probability of ricochets.

The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein.

Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
