Description

The United States Department of State (DOS) has a requirement for a qualified Contractor to provide overseas guard services at the U.S. Embassy Lome/Togo. The Contractor shall provide the organizational structure, management, and qualified staff at levels to meet or exceed the requirement contained in this PWS. The Embassy requires a secure environment to conduct its mission. The primary mission of the Overseas Guard Services (OGS) is to protect U.S. Government personnel, facilities, and equipment from damage or loss. The Contractor overseas guard services shall act as an early warning signal to the Embassy . The overseas guard services shall protect life; prevent unauthorized access; maintain order; deter criminal attacks against employees, dependents, and property prevent terrorist acts against all U.S. assets; and damage to Government property.
