Dear Prospective Offeror: July 24, 2026 Subject: Request for Quotation 191N6526Q0095 – Provide your Supply and Services for Chilled & Hot water piping interconnection works (Existing Plantroom to New SPX Building) in U S Embassy New Delhi, India Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Chilled & Hot Water Piping Interconnection Works. If you wish to submit a quotation, please follow the instructions in Section J of the solicitation, complete all required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address provided in paragraph 4 below. The Embassy will conduct a site visit on August 5, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the U.S. Embassy, Gate ‘C’, Chandragupt Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi – 110021, India. Prospective offerors interested in participating should send their confirmation to [email protected] no later than 5:00 p.m., August 1, 2026. All requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] on or before 2:00 p.m., August 6, 2026. Responses will be provided to all contractors who express interest in doing business with the U.S. Government. No
questions will be accepted after 7:00 p.m., August 6, 2026. Quotations are due on or before 2:00 p.m. (India Time), August 11, 2026.
