Dear Prospective Offeror: July 24, 2026 Subject: Request for Quotation 191N6526Q0095 – Provide your Supply and Services for Chilled & Hot water piping interconnection works (Existing Plantroom to New SPX Building) in U S Embassy New Delhi, India Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Chilled & Hot Water Piping Interconnection Works. If you wish to submit a quotation, please follow the instructions in Section J of the solicitation, complete all required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address provided in paragraph 4 below. The Embassy will conduct a site visit on August 5, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the U.S. Embassy, Gate ‘C’, Chandragupt Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi – 110021, India.
