Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & IMF (PHNSY&IMF), a naval industrial facility located on the island of Oahu, Hawaii, maintains, overhauls, and repairs various vessels for the US Navy. Over 5,200 military and civilian personnel work to keep the US Navy “Fit to Fight”. Forklift availability is crucial to ensure the completion of day-to-day activities within the Shipyard to support the Fleet. Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY&IMF) releases a request for quote (RFQ) for rental of two (2) 3-ton forklifts equipped with long tines & one (1) 7.5-ton forklift equipped with long tines for the duration of Phase 1. Following the initial months rental, PHNSY&IMF requires four (4) 3-ton forklifts equipped with long tines & two (2) 7.5-ton forklifts equipped with long tines for duration of Phase 2 to assist in operations within the shipyard. This solicitation includes DFARS 252.204‑7021 and 252.204‑7025, requiring compliance with Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) for contracts involving FCI or CUI on unclassified systems, effective November 10, 2025. Offerors must hold a valid CMMC Level 1 (Self‑Assessment) certification at the time of award and throughout contract performance. The Government will verify certification status at award, and any offeror without a valid Level 1 certification at that time will be ineligible for award.
