Description

Amendment 0001 is posted to change the Completion date from March 20, 2026 to September 1, 2026 and to extend the quote due date to March 13, 2026 at 2pm (ET)The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Detroit District has a requirement for ABB Transformer Oil Filtration and Maintenance at the St Marys Falls Canal located in Sault Sainte Marie, MI.(i) This is a combined for a commercial service prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation is being provided.(ii) The solicitation number is W911XK26QA004. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06 dated October 1, 2025, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Change Notice (DCN) dated November 10, 2025. This action is subject to any changes to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the DFARS prior to establishment of this date.(iv) This procurement is being solicited as unrestricted. It is being procured as Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The associated NAICS code is 811210 ? Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, small business size standard of $34 million in average annual receipts. The PSC code is J059 ? Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment-Electrical and Electronic Equipment Components.(v) One (1) job line-item is included for the contract services contained in the solicitation.

  • (vi) Work is for ABB Transformer Oil Filtration and Maintenance. Work is expected to include oil filtration, fluid replenishment and installing a government supplied valve on the Unit 10 ABB Transformer.

The Government reserves the right to seek clarification on any aspect of the offeror?s quote.(xi) Quotes for this requirement are due on February 24, 2026 at 2:00 PM (Eastern). Quotes shall be submitted via email to the POCs identified in the RFQ.(xii) To assure timely processing of quotes, Offerors must follow the instructions contained within the solicitation.
