Attachments to insert Attachment 8 and Attachment 9; - Modify Addendum to FAR Provision 52.212-1 to change the due-in date; - Modify Addendum to FAR Provision 52.212-2 to delete the reference to FAR 13.5. Offerors are required to provide a copy of this amendment, duly filled in at blocks 8, 15A, 15B and 15C, along with their quote. The Conformed copy of the solicitation has also to be provided, as well as all the documents requested for technical evaluation and reponsibility determination.
