If so, what data sources, approximate record counts, and data elements are expected to be migrated?  Yes from magview luminary One and CPRS Does the government have a VA-managed private cloud environment for deploying elements of the proposed solution? Yes. We have a cloud environment Will PHI be required to stay on-prem, or is a cloud solution acceptable? Probably ok on cloud What are the current mammography unit(s) (manufacturers and models)? GE Pristina The RFP specifies recording patient risk factors (e.g., family history, genetic predisposition). Is risk assessment functionality sought as part of the solution?  We use Tyrer-Cuzick Score, this functionality Must be part of the solution Is there an existing mammography reporting system that the proposed solution is expected to integrate with, or is mammography reporting functionality required to be included as part of the solution? Yes Magview Luminary One Can you get me an estimate of the following: Total annual study volume for the facility (this includes all exams, not just Mammography). And the total annual mammography exams for the facility. FY25 Mammo 2905 CT 15920 Xray 39183 MRI 7340 Nuke 6137 Ultrasound 6844 Is Vista-certified acceptance included in this project? Just 1 Ernest Childers Do you perform any genetic testing? Yes but not a necessary part of this requirement Do you perform bone density scans? Yes -but not a necessary part of this requirement Would you like electronic forms included to help gather clinical history prior to an exam? An electronic template is needed, but we will be gathering clinical history from printed paper forms and entering manually Which RIS or EHR system will need to be interfaced with? CPRS, AGFA EI, VISTA Will the interface be required with both the RIS and EHR, or is there one system that serves as the source of truth? RIS and EHR Please confirm that radiology reporting does not need to be included in the platform, and that this requirement is for tracking only, with radiologists reading/reporting in a separate system Radiologist does not use this Powerscribe needs to be connected intergrated Pacs=AGFA EI does need access Here is an outline of the workflow: Veteran uses VISTA when checking in, Vista interfaces with Tracker system and PACS to connect images, information is read by radiologist using PACS via Powerscribe, which then triggers reports to doctors and other medical staff.
