BACKGROUND: The Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP) Cardiology Department has a current contract for Impella Perfusion Pump Maintenance Service that is expiring on

30 September 2026 and requires a new contract. The Perfusion Pump Maintenance Service needs to be serviced prior to 15 March, each fiscal year as needed by the Cardiology Department. 5.0 DESCRIPTION: See DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) NAICS 811210 – Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, PSC J065 maint/repair/rebuild of equipment – medical, dental, and veterinary equipment and supplies RFI SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS: Responses to this RFI shall adhere to the following formatting and outline instructions: 1.
