21) will be issuing a request for proposal to procure construction services to replace Bldg. 911 and 98 Fire and Security Alarms for VA McClellan Medical Center for VA Northern California Health Care System. A request for proposal will be issued as a total Service- Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The applicable North American Industry System (NAICS) code is 236220-Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the Small Business Size Standard is $45M.
