19 February 2026 for an Industry Day hosted by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District (AMSA) / Vehicle Maintenance Shop (VMS) located in New Castle, Pennsylvania. The Government is planning to issue a single construction contract solicitation for the construction of a one-story AMSA / VMS consisting of approximately 20,325 gross square feet to provide the following functions: a. Vehicle Maintenance Work bays b. Tool and Parts Storage c. . Classroom/Break Area e. Commo/Elec Repair Shop f. Fluids Areas (Controlled Waste/Flammable Storage/Fluids Distribution) g. Building Support Functions (Toilet Rooms, Mechanical Room, Electrical Room, TR, EF, Janitors Closet, Lactation Room) h. SATS Canopy detached from main AMSA building i. Covered Wash Rack detached from main AMSA building j. Bi-Level loading Ramp k. Water treatment facility l. Fire pump and tank This is not a Request for Proposal, an Invitation to Bid, or a Request for Quotation.
