Requirements: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and supervision necessary to perform annual fire door inspections, routine preventive maintenance, and unscheduled corrective repairs for automatic sliding doors, electric door openers, and fire doors across covered VA Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS) locations. Key Changes: Due Date Extension: The hour and date specified for receipt of quotations is hereby extended to March 16, 2026, at 1:00 PM Local Time. Location Removal: "105 Hickam Ave, Travis, AFB, CA" has been completely removed from the SOW and Door Inventory. Emergency Response: The required emergency on-site response time has been changed to 12 hours. CLIN Restructuring: CLIN 0007 (Overhead & Profit) is deleted. Quoters shall incorporate all applicable indirect costs, overhead, and profit directly into their fully burdened

pricing for the remaining CLINs. The Government has established mandatory Not-To-Exceed (NTE) plug amounts for CLINs 0003, 0004, and 0005 for evaluation purposes. Instructions to Quoters: Quoters MUST base their
