The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAR Part 12. This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small-Business. Contracting Office, is seeking to purchase a Base plus 2 option Years subscription for Circle CVI42 software package or equivalent, having the stated salient characteristics, adhering to the Statement of Work (SOW), S02 36C26226Q1191 attachment clauses and provisions for the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (GLAVA).
