Description

W912PM26QA026 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERRORS NOTE 1: AWARD WILL BE MADE TO THE LOWEST PRICED, TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE OFFER. Each item in Technical Submission

Requirements below will receive an adjectival rating of Acceptable (A) or Unacceptable (U). Any criterion that receives “U” rating will result in an overall unacceptable technical rating and render the offer ineligible for award. An Acceptable (A) rating is defined as the offer clearly meets the minimum

requirements of the solicitation. An Unacceptable rating is defined as the offer does not clearly meet the minimum

requirements of the solicitation. NOTE 2: IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE, THE CONTRACTOR MUST SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING WITH THEIR QUOTE: a) The offeror is registered and has no active or inactive exclusions listed in their Entity Record on the System for Award Management (SAM). The government will check this in SAM.GOV. b) The Offeror is to submit a valid North Carolina general contractor's license from the North Carolina Licensing Board for General Contractors (NCLBGC) at the time of quote. c) The Offeror is to provide a warranty for all Workmanship for a duration of 10 years or longer. d) In order for an Offeror to be determined technically acceptable, the offeror must show previous experience with the type of work described in the SOW. Offerors must show previous experience on a minimum of two (2) contracts/projects at the time of quote. e) The offeror is to submit a technical proposal at the time of quote that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all

requirements set out in the Statement of Work (SOW). REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION OR ANY
