5 May 2026, will be applicable. The cylinder assembly is part of the crane mounted on the Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck (HEMTT) M984 Tow Truck. The crane is a rotating telescoping-boom crane that is used to lift and lower materials and move them horizontally.
