Contracting Office (NCO) 21 intends to award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (FFP-IDIQ) contract to Samuel Mahelona Memorial Hospital (UEI: T3H1GGYQGF35). All responsible sources that can provide community nursing home services within Kapaa, Hawaii may submit a capability statement for consideration on or before May 29, 2026, 12:00PM PST.
