questions are still waiting a response from a technical

Reminder: A signed SF30 is required with quote submission for all amendments issued. -------------------------- The National Weather Service (NWS) NOAA Weather Radio location in Perry, FL requires a building that is not permanently set (not real property), constructed of metal siding and metal roof or similar fiberglass structure, which house a VHF 1000 watt transmitter with electrical. This is to replace a shelter that needs to be removed prior to installation. The building shall be approximately 8 foot wide by 10 foot in length but not exceed 9.5 feet by 11.5 feet. The building shall have 8 foot ceilings at a minimum. Quotes will be evaluated based on price and the factors set forth in this section using Best Value Trade-Off procedures. An award will be based on a determination of Best Value to the Government, price, and non-price factors considered. "Best Value" means the expected outcome of an acquisition that, in the Government's estimation, provides the greatest overall benefit in response to the requirement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency.
