Verify on SAM.govThe Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract on a sole source basis to Technology Service Corp (TSC), Arlington, VA. This contract will procure three (3) King Air 350-Series (KA350) aircrafts in support of the Philippine Coast Guard Maritime Domain Awareness. This effort includes, but is not limited to, delivery of three (3) King Air 350-Series (KA350) aircraft with all the necessary fuel system (extended range tanks plus gross weight increase), avionics (Garmin GI000Nxi and High Frequency (HF) radio), and freshly painted upgrades. Two (2) of the aircraft will also be upgraded with the KA350 Maritime Domain Awareness (KAMDA) ISR suite. In addition, this effort will procure the associated Sensor Operator Training. This action is intended to be awarded on a sole source basis to Technology Service Corp (TSC) under the authority permitting other than full and open competition, Title 10 USC 3204(a)(4) as implemented by FAR 6.103-4(b), "Agencies may contract without providing for full and open competition when precluded by the terms of an international agreement". This vendor has been directed by the international agreement and has the manufacturing knowledge and system integration experience required to fulfill the
requirements of this effort within the necessary timeframe.
