Port Hueneme, CA hereby gives notice of intent to award a purchase order to Jonathan Engineered Solutions (CAGE Code: SK721) on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.102(a), the circumstances of the contract action deem only one reasonable source available. This procurement is to provide rack mounted retractable slide rails allowing in and out motion of rack mounted systems for maintenance and accessibility universal slide piece attached to unit.
