This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quote. 13 March 2026. This requirement is set aside for small business. This is a Brand Name or Equal requirement in accordance with FAR provision 52.211-6. To be considered for award, offers of “equal” products must meet the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristic specified in this solicitation and USCG will determine if the equal item is acceptable.
