Description

The Lt. Col. Luke Weathers, Jr Memphis VA Medical Center has a requirement for a contractor to provide construction services for Project # 614-17-113, Renovate Bldg. 1 Primary Care in accordance with the Statement of Work, Project Specifications and Drawings. Work includes general construction of the 1st floor renovation of building 1 Primary Care clinic. The new interior build out is for a primary care clinic with wall construction, finishes, mechanical, lighting and plumbing systems. Renovation work includes interior renovation and removal of existing clinical lab, interior walls, patching and matching finishes and remodel of existing areas to create toilet rooms and corridors. NAICS Code 236220 is applicable to this requirement. The Small Business size standard is $45M. The estimate range of construction is between $10,000,000.00 and $20,000,000.00 This requirement will be procured by way of FAR Part 15, as a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. The evaluation factors and sub-factors under consideration for this requirement will be available upon the solicitation release, which is anticipated to be on or by February 9, 2026. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns under the authority of 38 U.S.C §8127 (d). To be considered for award, Contractors must be registered and certified by SBA DSBS and registered in the System For Award Management (SAM) database. All offerors are urged to contact the SBA DSBS (https://dsbs.sba.gov/search/dsp_dsbs.cfm) and submit the required documents to obtain verification of their SDVOSB status if they have not already done so. In addition to the

requirements as set forth in the solicitation notice (to be issued), the proposed contractor must also be determined responsible in accordance with FAR Part 9. The

Contracting Officer will determine responsibility prior to any award being made.
