The contractor shall be present and provide transportation via two buses that can accomodate baggage 76 people to and from a hotel that's preferably in Sokcho, Gangneung, and the Yangyang coastal region. The hotel must have direct beach access without steep paths, cliffs, or external routes and availability for this event on 17 -
