Solicitation Number 70Z08526R3D007B00 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) for an Open Inspect-Repair service acquisition requirement supporting the United States Coast Guard owned Carver Pump units and components. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. All brand-name assemblies (parts and components) provided must support the various USCG-owned Carver Pump units that are currently installed on the WMSL cutter fleet, including any spare parts (that are installed). These parts will support the recurring maintenance

requirements for the various Carver Pump units that are currently installed on the USCG WMSL cutter fleet.
