This is a Pre-Solicitation Announcement Only Supply requirement with Incidental Installation to Enclose Engineering Conference Room, Southern Nevada VA Medical Center, Las Vegas, NV This is a pre-solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents will be available on or about April 13, 2026. The solicitation will contain all necessary Request For Quote (RFQ) instructions. This purchase of commercial equipment with incidental installation requirement will be solicited to all eligible Offerors and will be evaluated for price only. Quotes will only be requested and accepted from eligible contractors who are registered in SAM.GOV and SBA's VETCERT at the time the offer is submitted and prior to award. The applicable North American Industry System (NAICS) Code is 337214 (except Wood) Manufacturing, and the small business size standard is 1,100 Employees. No
