Description

0003 DETAILS (CLIN 0005 IS REMOVED) Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Maintenace and Repair Services at Arlington National Cemetery (ANC) and United States Soldiers’ and Airmen’s Home National Cemetery (USSANC). The purpose for this amendment is to extend the Solicitation Closing Date from March 30, 2026 8:00 AM to March 30, 2:00 PM. CLIN 0005 Will not be evaluated for award purposes. CLIN 0005 BMS and BAS lifecycle upgrades and replacement(s) will be negotiated with the successful vendor post award. All PWS

deliverables under Section 1.3.3 that were previously captured as "CLIN 0005"

deliverables no longer apply to this solicitation. REMINDER: 52.212-1

Instructions to Offerors- Volume I-Administrative - Offerors must submit the SF1449 in its entirety. Offerors must fill in all information required in blocks 17. Including offeror's Cage Code. Offerors must also return any applicable SF30-amendment cover sheets. Both the SF1449 cover page including Blocks 17a (including telephone number) 30a, 30b, and 30c. and the SF30s shall be signed and dated by an official having the authority to contractually bind the firm. In addition, a complete copy of the offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) record, inclusive of Representations and Certifications shall be completed and submitted. NOTICE:
