The proposed contract wlll be soliclited as 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NSNs listed on the Request For Proposal (RFP) will have a contract minimum and maximum set at the NSN level. This will be used to determine if cost and
pricing data will be required with any proposals if none of the exceptions apply. An Indefinite Quantity Contract with one base year and four (4) possible option years is anticipated. The total duration, base period plus option years, shall not exceed 5 years. The solicitation is for 1 NSN and will be solicited using FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products procedures. Inspection point of Destination will be noted in Section B as well as any other technical and packaging
