The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Eustis issues this Sources Sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for ACIDS support to develop, refine, and document instrumented live training modernization
requirements. The intention is to procure these services on a competitive basis, 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB).
