Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract using simplified acquisition procedures and is not a request for competitive quotes. The US EPA intends to award a sole-source purchase order using the procedures at RFO 13.101(b), as it has been deemed that only one source is available to meet this specific requirement.
