The Government intends to solicit and contract with only one source, The Hiller Companies LLC, under the authority of 41 U.S.C 1901 on a sole source basis. This requirement meets the conditions that there is only one responsible source who can provide the type of service that will satisfy the agency requirement. This acquisition of commercial services uses policies and procedures of FAR Overhaul part 12. The North American Industry Standard (NAICS) code applicable to this procurement is 811210.
