Description

This is a combined for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Further, offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to this solicitation. Solicitation number FA875126Q0976 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The Government is seeking qualified contractors who can update and fix programming issues/errors with existing Auditorium Audio/Visual (A/V) equipment, located at AFRL/RF, Rome, NY. The requirement requires the contractor to utilize already installed equipment & cable to the maximum extent possible, as well as provide and install new state-of-the-art AV equipment with any applicable cabling, hardware, racks, mounts, and shelves. Any new equipment needs to be interoperable with existing equipment not being replaced. Also required is the installation and programming of all new and existing equipment, as well as complete system access information, codes and diagrams of the solution. See Attachment No. 1, List of Materials (LOM) for further details. The contractor shall provide the items on a firm fixed price basis including the cost of shipping. The anticipated delivery date is 60 Days After Receipt of Order (ARO). All deliveries shall be made in accordance with FAR 52.247-34 FOB Destination (NOV 1991). The place of delivery, acceptance and FOB destination point is Rome, NY. Name, email/address, and phone number of the end user POC associated with the delivery will be provided via Section F of any award resulting from this solicitation. Offerors shall provide at least the same warranty terms, including offers of extended warranties, offered to the general public in customary commercial practice. SITE VISIT It is highly recommended that offerors attend an organized site visit that has been scheduled for 10-JUN-2026, 9:00AM (EST) at the Air Force Research Laboratory, Information & Warfare Systems Directorate (AFRL/RF), Rome, NY. Offerors wishing to attend must create a DBIDS Pre-Enrollment Request on https://dbids-global-enroll.dmdc.mil and email the QR confirmation code to [email protected] at least three days prior to scheduled site visit. Participants will report to the Visitor Control Center (VCC) AFRL/RF, 304 Brooks Rd, Rome, NY 13441 for badging. Be sure to bring your Real QR code confirmation page with you to present to the VCC representative. You will then meet your sponsor at Building 3, at 9:00 AM EST

  • (ii) price The Government intends to evaluate quotes using a best value trade-off process whereby it may accept other than the lowest priced or highest technically rated quote. Technical capability will be considered most important. Offerors whose proposed solution maximizes the re-use and re-programing of the existing equipment recommended in Attachment No. 1 – List of Materials (LOM) will be rated more technically capable. Offerors are responsible for submitting sufficient documentation for the Government to be able to evaluate the proposed technical solution. The Government reserves the right to eliminate any quotes that fail to provide sufficient technical documentation to perform an adequate and thorough technical evaluation.
