Verify on SAM.govThe Requirement for the OHDACA Project for Medical Equipment for Ukraine鈥檚 Children Hospital was posted on SAM.gov and conducted as a full and open competitive action. The government employed the Lowest Price Technically Approved (LPTA) source selection process. A total of sixteen (16) quotes were received in response to the solicitation. Of the initial quotes, three (3) vendors 鈥攕ubmitted quotes that were compliant with the solicitation
requirements and were forwarded for technical evaluation. Fragola-G LLC was the only quoter found technically acceptable by the technical evaluation team.Because only one (1) quoter was deemed technically acceptable and responsible, their quote inherently represents the lowest priced, technically approved offer. The Government evaluated this quoter's Total Evaluated Price (TEP) and determined the price to be fair and reasonable. Therefore, in accordance with the LPTA source selection process, award was made to Fragola-G LLC , as their submission represents the best value to the Government. SSG Jay Pong Alternative
