This is a combined Pre-Solicitation and Solicitation for a Krane Retrofit Kit produced by Measurement Systems International (MSI). This equipment is used in support of Rigging & Crane Operations Material at Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY), Portsmouth, VA. This requirement will be procured as a brand‑name, sole‑source acquisition from Measurement Systems International (MSI), a Rice Lake Weighing Systems company. As the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), MSI is the only source capable of providing the Krane Retrofit Kit that meet the shipyard’s operational and performance
