In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 19.1307, this project requires the HUBZone 10% price evaluation. NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY SYSTEMCODE (NAICS): 562910 -Remediation Services (Environmental Remediation Services) SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD FOR 562910: 1,000 Employees.

CONTRACT TYPE: This will be a C-TYPE Contract for the SLDA Action in support of the USACE Buffalo District FUSRAP Mission. BASIS FOR CONTRACT AWARD: The award will be made based on the best overall (i.e., best value) proposal that is determined to be the most beneficial to the Government, with appropriate consideration given to the four evaluation factors: Past Performance; Technical Approach; Small Business Participation Plan and Cost/Price.
